Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service define the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by pywel.gg (hereinafter "the Site"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Site.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to all features provided by the Site, including community forums, comments, and notifications.
• "User" refers to both members and non-members who agree to these terms and use the Service.
• "Member" refers to a person who has completed registration by providing personal information to the Site.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)

These terms take effect when posted on the service screen or notified via email. The Site may amend these terms as necessary, and amended terms take effect 7 days after notification.

Article 4 (Registration)

Users apply for membership by filling in the required information and agreeing to these terms. The Site may reject or cancel registration in the following cases:

• Violating other standards set by the Site

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Article 6 (Content Management)

The Site may delete or modify user-generated content without prior notice if it violates Article 5 or is deemed contrary to social norms. Copyright of posted content belongs to the author, but the Site may use such content for service operation purposes.

Article 7 (Service Limitations)

The Site may temporarily suspend services due to system maintenance, technical failures, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances. The Site is not liable for damages arising from such suspensions unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

This site is a fan community and is not affiliated with Pearl Abyss. All game-related copyrights belong to Pearl Abyss. The Site is not responsible for official game information. The Site does not intervene in disputes between users and is not liable for damages arising therefrom.
